Agreement
By using launchly.media or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
Launchly provides email marketing strategy, copywriting, design, automation, and deliverability services. The specific scope of work is defined in individual client agreements.
Payment
Services are billed monthly. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. All engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
All email copy, designs, and automation flows created for your account are owned by you upon payment. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which an issue occurred. We are not liable for email deliverability outcomes caused by third-party ESP changes or client-side domain issues.
Termination
Either party is free to terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. All access credentials and assets will be transferred upon termination.
